1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ANewLog’s website or mobile application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ANewLog provides a time tracking and reporting platform, which may include individual time tracking, team tracking, reporting tools, and subscription-based premium features. Features may evolve over time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective platform’s policies. We do not control third-party billing systems.

5. Complimentary Beta Access

During early access or beta phases: premium features may be provided at no cost, access may be modified or revoked, and features may change. Complimentary access does not guarantee permanent free access unless explicitly stated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the software, interfere with system integrity, or upload malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and design elements are the property of ANewLog. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.

8. Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of their time tracking data. By using the Service, you grant ANewLog a limited license to process data solely to provide the Service, improve performance, and maintain security.

9. Service Availability

We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, suspend maintenance, and update infrastructure.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of system resources. Users may delete accounts at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy of results, continuous uptime, or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANewLog shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ANewLog harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
